- Ingredients: Rice starch, turmeric starch.
- Specifications: 200g, 250g, 300g, 500g, 1kg or according to customer requirements.
- Storage: Dry place (do not use when the product is moldy).
- Instructions for use:
1. Soak dry Quang noodles in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
2. Put Quang noodles in boiling water. Boil for about 3-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove when the noodles are cooked and ready to eat.
3. Remove and wash with clean water, drain, add a little cooking oil so the noodles do not stick together and are more delicious.
Quang noodles
Quang noodles are a specialty dish of the Central region. The noodles are made from rice like Pho, Hu Tieu, Bun… but have a completely different color and flavor.
